In June my band Squirrel of Shame spent a day at Egg Studios in Seattle. Egg has recorded many local Seattle bands includingThe Presidents of the U.S.A. We got some producing help fromDave Dederer, also from former Presidents’ fame. Everyone had a really kick-ass time. We recorded for several hours and cut a rough demo CD.
Dave gave us some really valuable advice to help us be much less mechanical about how we approach playing music.
